I hired Cool Pools to perform a weekly service on my pool for which I paid then ****** per month. The service agreement was for checking chemistry, emptying filter baskets and pool sweep and brushing the sides of the pool.On 6/19, I informed the office that the pool tech was not performing the service that I paid for. The office indicated that they would speak with the tech.On 6/26, I watched the tech service my pool and, once again, he didnt sweep the pool or empty the pool sweep.I informed the office again and requested that another tech service the pool. On 7/1, again I was charged the full 115 service fee.No tech showed up on my regular service day, Monday July 3rd. There was no communication from the office.I contacted the office on July 5th and requested that they cancel the service and issue me a refund for the July payment and at least most of **** since I was paying for a service that I didnt receive. The office said they would issue me a check via mail.On 7/24, I contacted the office again about the refund. The office stated that they thought they had issued the refund. I have still not received a refund and the office has not contacted me again.I just was a refund for **** and ************ fees of ****** each for a total of ******. The company performed no service in July and poor service in ****.
