There are parts of the pool-building process that Premier does well, like building the pool. But the attention to detail from this company is subpar. Their contractors regularly left the job site in worse condition than when they arrived. More specifically, I would never contract with Premier for fence removal/replace if you are trying to save some money on excavation time. We had them do a remove/replace for the fence, and then they claimed that their preferred fence team was not going to be available for months. They then brought out a substitute contractor, vouched for the quality and integrity of his work, and he proceeded to underperform. The fence was inexplicably reassembled with damaged pieces of the prior fence, even though boards were cracked/splintered/broken during removal. The fence was crooked and did not reflect the original property line. Our gate no longer closed. Nails were exposed. 2x4s were not even connected to the posts. Posts were cracked during removal yet were re-used during reassembly. In its current condition, I would have been surprised if the fence lasted through the winter. All the while, the project manager promised that a "remove and replace" meant that they would not use broken materials and would replace whatever was necessary to maintain the structural integrity of the fence. That did not happen. Instead, we had to continue to negotiate with them to get a licensed contractor to come out to eventually put a whole new fence up.What made matters worse is that Premier's subcontractor (who they vouched for) was dishonest. He caused significant damage to our neighbors' side yard, including chipping and cracking concrete, and damaging landscaping. In order to make our neighbors whole, we were obligated to come out of pocket thousands of dollars because Premier's subcontractor would not be honest about the damage he caused. When we brought this to Premier's attention, their only solution was to have the same dishonest subcontractor come back out and redo the work. If you can afford to go with any other pool company, I'd recommend it. The major issues discussed above were the product of sloppiness and dishonesty; two things I'd never want from any major job.

BUYER ******!! Premier Pools is NOT the company it used to be. Our first pool instal 28 years ago was great, so we chose them again expecting same level of quality and customer service. It wasnt even close. Problems started on day 1 of dig (12/2/20) ( move location due to missed easements) and they are still ongoing. Many, many calls, texts, and emails for drainage issues, equipment problems, concrete and now leaks in the plumbing. Several people show up to assess issue and take pictures to submit work order and then they have to return several times because they dont have the parts. Very unprofessional. Called owner to discuss problems and he never called back. They expect final payment before installing interior. Added water, we brushed it as instructed and several days later they show up to start the equipment. We failed inspections more than once during the process. Absolutely no customer service one money is paid. Next week they are returning to jackhammer my wall to repair a plumbing leak . I placed a review on their website that was removed. They dont seem to be interested in improving.
