Complaint: ****** ****** (the owner of the Paver company) agreed to do a paving job in my back yard. On the day of the work, he sent a couple of people to perform the job (instead of himself). I was at work that day. He could not meet my schedule despite the many open dates I had for him to choose from. When I got back from work, I noticed the workers had left a huge mess. They had trashed my backyard, dumped some of their gravel and wet concrete into my grass and dog sand area and into the adjacent wood chip areas, used my brand new dining wood table set outside to place their things and leave completely dusty afterwords, dumped their lunch takeaway trash in my recycling bin (despite the regular trash bin sitting right next to the recycling bin) and worst of all, there were concrete stains all over the new paving tiles they had put down and over the wall close to where they had been working with the concrete.******, the owner, came quickly that afternoon to collect his money (he said, 'cash only') as he felt the job was done. When I went over the job and concerns, he said, 'don't worry, we will make it right for you. I will have them come out again to take care of it'. I paid him and waited faithfully for these guys to come back. ****** had promised they would be back on a certain day and they didn't show up. After several attempts,they finally came,changed out the damaged dog sand area and replaced it with dirt sand/rocks/dust that they had instead(not nice sand that you buy from a landscape yard, ie what I had there),they used vinegar water to remove the concrete stains and left.After the water dried, the stains on the tile returned. I asked ****** if he could send the guys back out and he could not give me a date. There were several texts/emails/phone calls that I made over the next month, and finally he gave me a date. He then got angry when I questioned if his 'pressure wash' was going to work and the communication ended there,..unresolved. Product_Or_Service: belgard autumn urbana blend

Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Replacement I would like ****** to either return my money in full ($1780) for my time wasted dealing with him and his crew, for not completing the job as expected and discussed and for me to find someone else to correct it OR to come out one last time and DO it RIGHT, even if it means having to redo it as a 'pressure water wash' is NOT going to remove the permanent concrete stains made during the job.
