I would NOT recommend this company for servicing your spa. They have terrible communication skills, they have disorganized paperwork, and their contract prices are never the same as what they invoice you. They make up random numbers, and are always false on the invoices. Im not even sure how they are still in business with their terrible service skills!

We provide our ************************* twice-monthly and **** for 2-months in advance. Per ******19 Protocols and ******** Operating Procedures, we also service spas between each short-term rental/occupation block in order to provide users with sanitized conditions. This can sometimes result in ********* Services which are at a slightly higher rate than our ***************** We service rental spas when sites are vacant according to schedules provided to us by homeowners or property managers. We **** for ********* Services as rendered, and credit back any ******** Services that were not rendered for route days due to occupancy. This is the same procedure when a spa needs a Water Change, or a Dump and Scrub, instead of a ***************** We try to save our customers on costs and allow homeowners to service spas after homeowner blocks, but we do require a written notice if homeowners would like additional service between homeowner and renter blocks. Our service contracts state "PERIODIC RATE CHANGES MAY OCCUR WITHOUT NOTICE!" We do try to communicate all changes with our customers, and price increases are reflected on invoices provided to customers. We continue to maintain our rates based on competition and costs of operating supplies. All industries have seen price increases due to circumstances caused by the ******19 pandemic, including increased cost of living in the North Lake Tahoe area. We consistently list our prices on all invoices and clearly state what our customers are being charged. Our technicians document conditions found on the day that the spa is serviced. They then document how they leave the spa and any chemicals/products that were added. Products and additional time for extenuating circumstances are then billed as rendered. Invoices are sent based on the type of service and products that were provided. Each invoice has hand written record sheets documenting all conditions and circumstances found by the technician on service days. Additional hand written information is also gathered on route summaries, water change records, and dump and scrub records. Digital pictures are also taken when necessary, and our technicians are verified on homeowner cameras daily.Our goal is safety and sanitation for our employees and our customers. We provide fair prices and services, but sometimes we are not able to continue servicing a customer's spa due to poor conditions. We will not accept the liability of unsafe conditions or servicing older/deteriorating spas that are bound to fail no matter what is repaired. If we are unable to repair big issues, we will be honest with customers that their repair money would be better spent on a new luxurious American-made *************** as a replacement. We are an exclusive dealer for ***************s in North Lake Tahoe and can order a replacement spa for production in about 6-months.
