Complaint: Non-receipt of merchandise ordered on 9/30 with Priority shipping. No email response and no one ever answers the phone. I placed an order (order #****) on line with HDW Enterprises on 9/30 for 3 cat toys. 1 of 032 Fly Toy Class 3, WiggleLegs Frog @ $19.99. 1 of 098 FlyToy Class 2 - DivingBug Purple & Blue @ $12.99. and 1 of 025 FlyToy Class 2 HareGrub Purple @ $12.99. Total + shipping was $57.96. This was paid with my debit Visa card and the money was withdrawn from my account on 10/1. I sent an email on 10/9 requesting tracking info or an estimated ETA of my order - no response. I sent a 2nd email on 10/11 for the same info - no response. I sent a 3rd email on 10/15 - no response. I have also called the number on my order confirmation 8 or 9 times (XXX-XXX-XXXX)and the phone rings and rings then disconnects with no answer. When I try the number for HDW shown on my bank statement, XXX-XXX-XXXX, I get a message stating the number is disconnected.

Desired Settlement: The best outcome would be to receive the merchandise that I ordered. If that is not possible, I would like the $57.96 that I paid refunded to me.

I have just received the merchandise I ordered from HDW Enterprises and I am very pleased. She even included an extra toy as an apology for not getting back to me sooner. As far as I'm concerned, this case can be closed as I am very happy with the end result. Thank you for your time

I just want to let you know that after I submitted the complaint yesterday morning I did receive an email from HDW yesterday afternoon stating that my order has been processed and shipped with an apology for the delay and lack of responses to my emails.
