We make excellent products at Lifekind, and have for more than 25 years, and we take a lot of pride in our excellent customer service.
Still, we are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your pillow.
There is a version of that same pillow you purchased, which is not wool-wrapped.
Please consider contacting customer support to request an exchange.
As for returns of opened items which we suspect is the reason behind your review of our company and products our policies are clear online. Also we place a neon-colored sticker on the outside of every item re-iterating the return policy.
