Complaint: Poor delivery service. Some days we get no paper.Some days we get a partial paper(classified section of Sacromento Bee).I have to call & request a paper each time.We can't seem to get uninterupted service for 30 days at a time. There are 2 households at this address that subscribe to the paper & we both have this problem. I refuse to be on auto pay any longer because of this problem. If you can't fix this problem then I will cancel my subsciption.

Desired Settlement: Uninterupted service for 30 days at no charge to me.

I am giving him a 30 day credit for the delivery problems he had. As per his request over the phone, I am also going to switch him over to regular billing as opposed to his payment being automatically deducted each month. He is now a hapy customer and does not want to cancel his subscription.

BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved
