Complaint: He went to repair my AC, paid him before work was complete. Called him when he didn't repair the problem. He didn't call back until I disputed the charged on my credit card. Other company had to go and fix the problem, he never gave me the money back

****** Heat & Air was dispatched a work order through a home warranty company for "Not cooling to desired temperature." The service call was scheduled and performed on August 20, 1012. Upon inspection of the gas package unit, found a compacted/dirty evaporator coil. This work order was denied by the home warranty company due to 'lack of maintenance'. A proposal was given to owner to perform the maintenance cleaning of the evaporator coil on a retail basis. The proposal was excepted, signed, and performed as contracted. The acceptance of work performed was signed by owner. The owner has disputed the credit card charge TWICE without it being overturned. The owner did NOT attempt to contact ****** Heat & Air at any time. ****** Heat & Air contacted the owner upon receiving the first credit card charge dispute which was filed almost TWO months after the maintenance was performed. During the conversation with the owner, he stated the air conditioning worked fine for a few weeks, then stopped. ****** Heat & Air offered to return to the property to be denied by the owner. The owner stated another repair had already been performed by another contractor. The owner was asked what repair was done and if a evaporator coil cleaning was/needed to be performed by the last contractor? The owners answer was no, and that a part was replaced. ****** Heat & Air only contracted with the owner to perform a maintenance service. ****** Heat & Air performed that service as contracted and was excepted as completed by the owner's signature on the invoice. Now the owner feels compelled to file this complaint SEVEN months later?
