This is, without a doubt, one of the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The owner, *******, was incredibly rude and disrespectful throughout our entire interaction. I wouldn't be surprised if they sell counterfeit and/or stolen inks and cartridges. They run a fishy operation in an office building. They store their printers outside exposed to exterior elements. Yes outside with a fence around it and the parking overhang over it. During my visit and interaction with the owner, he displayed a terrible attitude, becoming mad and upset for me pointing things out. He even was trying to sell a boat at a copier store. Really?? This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. If you're looking for a company with a rude, disrespectful owner who doesn't even take care of the copiers/printers he sells leaving and storing them outside, then this is the perfect choice. Seing there building was enough to wonder where and how they repair and store materials. I would not spend a ***** and deal with this company. It seems like majority of their customers buy online and at the same time don't really know who and where their items come from.
