Energy savings pros installed our solar panels in 2014. Everything had been going fine until this summer (2022) in July I had noticed that our electricity bill was very high and again in August I had figured it was because our solar panels hadnt been cleaned in a while. The inverter had the green light indicating that it was working and it was turned on. In September after we clean them I couldnt figure out why our electricity bill was still so high. I then remembered that there was a website we could check our solar output on. I went on the website and realized that our solar panels werent generating anything. The next day on September 21 my husband called and spoke with someone they said they would send someone out the following week. We waited the week came and went no one showed up my husband again called that same person left messages he never called back. then my husband decided to call ***** who had been our sales person who spoke with him and ***** said he would get it figured out. Again several days went by and we heard nothing my husband text message ***** asking him what was going on and he said Im just a sales person. So after that my husband decided to call the company again he repeatedly called and left messages till he finally got a hold of someone and they got him to someone who could actually do some thing. That person said that we needed a new inverter and they would order us one but it would take several weeks it is now October 30 and we are still waiting. Our solar panels have not been generating anything since June 23, 2022. This is absolutely unacceptable, still have no idea when our new inverter will be here and in the meantime our electricity bills are outrageous.
