              Im in the military. Was deployed out of state. Used my debt card once. They shut it off for suspicious activity, then refused to send me my new card at my new location despite providing all of my personal data, passwords, account numbers, phone numbers, next of kin, and reason for calling. I then had to spend 6 months loving off my credit card which is now maxed. My checking account is sunk because their system has a delay in payments processed between payments cleared from checking to credit this bank is living in the stone ages. On top of that the customer service reps are condescending. I can never tell where my money is because of their pending issues, and every once and a while my money gets reorganized while they order and process payments at the end of the day, and somehow I always end up with less money than I spent.I genuinely hate this bank.

              The bank does have fraud detection software, and hence we encourage all customers to let us know if they are traveling out of state so the travel can be accommodated, for both debit cards and credit cards. If the bank does not know, and the buying pattern is out of sync with normal activity, the software will flag it to protect the customer and the bank will call the customer.  With regard to credit card payments, they can be done directly through Bank of Stockton's drop down menu on website under Login, choose 'credit card account' and payments can be set up automatically, and credited the same day if made before 1:00 p.m. Payments can also be made in bill pay through Internet banking.  I wish I could speak to the lag you are experiencing with your payments, but I do not know how you are making your payments and without your last name, I cannot find you as a customer.  We apologize for your frustration and any poor customer service experience you've encountered.  We would be very happy to help you with the online payment options, and to hear more about your experience.  Please reach out to ***********************, our VP and Regional Manager, who would be happy to assist you, her email is ************************************** and her direct line is ************.  Please let us help!
