We've been waiting for our 2006 Jeep Commander for the past 8 months to get fixed and until now is not fixed. We have spent over **** dollars into this repair. My wife and I have called them multiple times to follow up, left messages and they don't even return our calls. The repair was for replacing the old engine for a new refurbish engine and the new replacement had multiple problems and they had to re-order another one because the first refurbish engine had multiple head problems. They don't communicate at all they don't follow up with any issues or problems with the car. We picked it up a couple of times and then the following days it broke down on us again. we've towed it to them a couple times already for them to fixed it again. The last time they said it was the ***** the powertrain control module. we paid another $350.00 to get it re-programmed. We contacted them and they said it was fixed. I drove it the following day to work and after half an hour after arriving to work the Jeep just shut down on me and gave me multiple check engine signs. This happened on Monday July 3rd towed to the shop and they were closed from July 3rd to 4th. On July 5th my wife stopped by to drop off the key and spoke to the mechanic. The Mechanic said he would look into it and let the Owners know the car had an issue again. No Call, no update for over a week. So we decided to stop by the shop on Wednesday 7/12 and they didn't even know the car was there. I don't know what kind of communication they have there but it's ridiculous for them not to know the car was there for over a week. Today is 7/18 My wife contacted ****** and he said he was driving and he would call her back shortly but never did. So far we have paid for Refurbished engine, new radiator, hoses and a PCM reprograming fee. and our car is still not fixed. We have been very very patient but we have reached our limit.
