Went to drop my car of and they were going to diagnose (*****) my problem. All I wanted to do was replace my ************* inner tie rods from both sides they took 2 business days to get back to me they were behind, so I understood after they contacted me, they told me a list of my problems (rack pinion had play, hub ***.,upper lower control arms, and shocks in front suspension) with my car when I had just wanted to replace my inner tie rods because I had replaced other part myself replaced(upper and lower control arms knuckle hub assembly right side, left lower control arm and both shocks were new .so I told them I do not want to replace my ************* yes it is old and it had some play in but it was still function properly compared with the replacement. they also just told me over the phone the total it was going to be, they never provided what type of brand I was getting. If I knew it was going to be an aftermarket part I would have not gone forward with the work on my vehicle didn't get no quote until I paid after I reviewed it clearly stated the alignment was not warranty and they did not tell me that all they were just sign here like if they were in a hurry to get me out.drove my car the first day i got it back to the Bay arear because my family lives out there as soon as I arrived to my location parked and went to the store as I was backing up my steering turned really hard as I turned to the right called them right away the following business day they bring it will take a look at it. And he said we will inspect our work on the ******** don't see anything it be a charged for *****..hose was leaking & did not tell me about it when i knew it was damaged.not satisfied
