              I bought a 2021 Jeep Compass at ********* it had an issue with water getting inside the floor boards when it rains, I specifically told ******** one of the sales reps, and he told me that Jeeps do that which makes no sense. If the car is defective like that, why wouldn't you let the customer know? I brought it back a second time to trade the car, the same **** ******** suggested I get a newer car which the payment would be $300 over of what I originally pay and stated to me that was the only way he could help me. I feel ripped off and unappreciated as a customer now I'm stuck on making payments on a defective car.
