    While we were test driving the vehicle on 2/13/24 a warning came that said Service Air Suspension System Immediately. We were told it passed the 100+ point inspection. We bought a vehicle on the evening of 2/13/24. On 2/14 around noon I returned the vehicle as the warning came back on while I was driving with a salesman named ******. I asked for the inspection report and never received it. They kept the vehicle and said they would fix it as well as the radio. I was given a car to drive but I returned it on 2/15/24 and requested a car comparable to what we purchased. We were loaned a small suv. On 2/19/24 I called for an update and the service manager ** told me that he would be sending it to Manteca Dodge, he had a buddy ***** that could look at it. He said he would give me an update my 2/21/24. I did not hear from him so I called and left my info and ** called me back. He said he had not heard from Manteca and would call them in the next morning and call me with an update. I did not receive a call on 2/22. I called Jt on 2/23 and left my info again and he called back and left a voicemail. ** said that the car was at Tracy dodge and they wouldn't have the part to fix it until 2/27. I called JT back and asked why it was now at Tracy when he told me that it was in Manteca. He said it wasnt taken to Manteca. I told him he lied to me about it going to Manteca. He said he didnt appreciate being called a liar, I dont appreciate being lied to. He said the radio didnt come in and he didnt know why. ** told me he would pass my info on the a ** and I could speak to the ** going forward. I heard nothing from them since 2/23. I called to talk to the ** on 2/26. **** said he would do his best to get our car fixed and the radio replaced ****. I dont trust this business as the lies were ridiculous. I had my car less than 24 hours and they have had it for almost 2 weeks and it is not fixed. I want the car fixed or the contract nullified immediately.

    0 Stars, so my 4 year old cars engine blew up on the freeway for what reason i dont know but got it towed to Tracy Nissan, ***** is the service manager and lies and lies. My car was towed to them 6 weeks ago! so first off ***** tells me to send oil service records, but never told me where to send? SO i assumed he would call again. He did 4 weeks later! so i email them to him finally. Now hes gotta wait for warranty co. We are now 2 more weeks in and NOTHING. NO email NO calls, so i just call AGAIN sitting on hold for 30 mins,, NO one knows anything! 6 weeks my car has been there w/not one single update! SHADY SHADY Nissan in Tracy. Never ever again

    It seems as if there was a misunderstanding between Tracy Nissan and the customer. The service advisor had brought to customers attention that the extended warranty may request maintenance records. Service advisor had asked to get those prior to diagnosis. That request was either not relayed properly or missed by customer. After a few weeks the service advisor reached out to customer to see if she had got the maintenance records. The customer emailed the advisor hand typed in a word document record as the maintenance was being performed by the customer's family. The service advisor made customer aware that the Nesna warranty may not accept the records as they are not an invoice from a shop.  A Tracy Nissan service technician performed diagnosis and confirmed the noise was internal in the engine and a long block replacement would be necessary. The service advisor was dealing with ***** warranty, and the service manager found out that the long block replacement would not be covered by customer extended warranty. Customer declined further repairs at this time and having vehicle towed out. Diagnosis was waived on behalf of Tracy Nissan
