I contacted Vienna Property Management on August 27th and again on the 28th to inquire about a rental I was interested in applying for as the website says to reach out before applying for rent on a property to ensure it is still available as the application fee is nonrefundable. I did not receive a response nor a call back. I tried again on the 30th and eventually got the receptionist ********, she was very difficult to understand as well as the phone was cutting in and out and there was very loud background noise. She refused to help me or tell me next steps to apply as she said we already have showings for that property I informed her I have already seen the property as I am a real estate agent and would like to apply. She proceeded to tell me others would be given the opportunity first. And denied the fact I had reached out several times including a voicemail, she stated that she returns calls, yet my calls were never followed up with. She was very rude and had no customer service skills nor wanted to help or explain the process or steps for me to take to be considered for renting this unit. I asked to speak to the manager or owner as I am very versed in property management as it is what I do for a living for 20 years and I am a licensed real estate agent. She refused to put a manager on the phone or give their contact information for me to reach out to she also refused to give me her name at first as well. I have never filed a bad business bureau complaint and have never in my life experienced this level of rudeness or lack of service from a business before. I would not recommend using Vienna Property Management to list my rental nor rent a unit from. I am a homeowner in Roseville looking to rent my home out and rent a home in ******* for convenience and this interaction made them lose two transactions. The owner of the property I am looking to rent is having his property limited to the level of customer you would want living in your home with the lack of getting back to interested parties and then being rude to them and limiting who can apply makes it difficult for any landlord to get their property properly rented. I would not trust my investment with this company as them do not seem to be versed on the fair housing laws or common sense in running a productive business. I am very disappointed as I am still very interested in renting this property as the location is perfect for my children for their school and where they play sports. I would like a call from the manager or owners of the company. I am in real estate and often sellers need recommendations on rental companies, Vienna would be the first I would recommend against them using.
