Complaint: On Thursday, June 14, 2012, I attended a free evening meeting at ****** ******'s Natural Life Center (then located at **************************************). During this meeting people were informed about his business of acupuncture and chiropractic. At the end of the meeting he signed people up as new patients requiring a $50.00 deposit toward testing at a future date. My main reason for being there was sleep apnea. I was informed by my regular doctor that acupuncture does not help with sleep apnea, so I called on June 19 2012 to cancel my July 10 appointment and asked for my deposit back. The office staff told me that a refund would take 4 to 6 weeks and that only $35. of the $50. would be refunded. I waited six weeks for the refund which never came. I then called the office (which had moved to ************************************************ Ph. XXX XXX-XXXX) several times to inquire about my refund. Each time I was told that the office manager wasn't in, so they couldn't tell me anything. I asked to be called back by the office manager but that never happened either. I am really getting tired of getting the run-around and I want what rightfully belongs to me. I want the deposit back.

Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund I want my deposit back that was for a future appointment that was cancelled. I also want this report filed at the NE Calif Better Business Bureau. ****** ******'s Natural Life Center does not practice good business practices.
