Messages urgently request that recipients click enclosed links to handle pending consumer complaints. Recipients have reported that phishing emails are coming from "email@example.com," "firstname.lastname@example.org," "email@example.com" and "firstname.lastname@example.org."

To verify the legitimacy of BBB complaints, contact Better Business Bureau locally. Consumers or businesses who have received the fraudulent emails are asked to report them to bbb.org/scam/report-a-scam.
