We received quotes from three companies and decided to go with **************************** for our investment. We had all new double-hung ********************** installed in March 2021. They were delayed a couple of weeks due to *****, but the office staff kept in touch So we give two thumbs up for the consistent communication. The installers were phenomenal. They were very respectful of our space and our dogs. We were told upfront that replacing the ********************** in the front due to our stucco would take a little longer and could possibly end up with some damage. Removing the old ********************** did peel away some of the stucco but the installers called the office and they sent someone out that same day to stucco the affected areas. He did a great job blending it all in.The installation took two days since it was a crew of two guys, but we were very happy with the installation process in the end product. Once we had an opportunity to clean the outside of the ********************** we did notice a scratch that could not be buffed out. When the ********************** sent someone out within two days to capture the information from the ******************** and they ordered a replacement immediately. The replacement came in within 2 to 3 weeks and the switch out took less than five minutes!We are super happy with our new double hung ********************** and the entire process from start to finish with ******************** **********************. So much so That I recommended them to a coworker who just had his new ********************** and sliding glass door installed last month!I felt it was important to share our great experience with ******************** ********************** since most folks will only post complaints.
