            I brought my car into G&H Tires and Service ***** ***** ****, ************* ** ***** because my air conditioning, although working was making a noise. G&H informed me it was the blower motor and I replaced it for $105.34. When I received the car back, the air conditioning, not only did not work but was now making a different and louder noise. I brought the car back and G&H attempted in error to do some other “fixes”. I was then told I needed a heater core. It would be about $1200 - $1300 because the entire dashboard had to be removed and would take several days to repair. After payment, it was given to me with new noises. When I brought it back, I was told it was a defective part and I needed to leave me car for another week or more. When I picked it up this time, the radio did not work and had to bring it back. Returning the vehicle to me again, (4th time), yesterday, 10/6/21, I have the same noises as before, however, I also have no ambient/courtesy lights, the passenger a

            They are definitely a scam they will tell you something else wrong with your other than what it really is. They are taking customers hard earned money after we are trusting them to do the *************. this shop is misdiagnosing ******** and is make them pay for repairs their car doesnt need I gave this shop ****** I feel scammed after telling them a previous shop told me I needed a camshaft repair they insisted on telling me the shop lied to me that I definitely needed a battery alternator oil change spark plugs and a tune up .they were ********** needed a battery and alternator I found that to be very weird because I never had an issue with my battery it would have displayed on the dash board the engine light on not the battery. *********************** was the one who fixed the car was supposedly fixed the car he scammed me and falsied what was actually wrong with my car after stating he did a diagnostic I doubt they did they refuse to shop the proof of what was found. When I called on 11/17 to book an appt Friday I was told by ***** the owner to bring my car in for a diagnostic I explained that the car was cutting off in the middle of the street and stalling to crank which was dangerous because I have small kids I told them please make sure my car was serviced right because I read sum reviews from ppl that took their car to g& h tires that said they were given wrong info about what was wrong with their cars and how they lied about what needs to be first but I skipped over the reviews and put my trust in *********************** and the owner ********************* after speaking to both of them I feel like I was scammed because they knew I was a woman and knew they could prey on me I have no knowLedge of cars.I brought my car to the shop on 11/18 sat morning and I was called on 11/20 saying it needed a alternator and battery for sure and was told they cant do the alternator without me purchasing a battery red flag one to me because I knew I didnt need a battery the previous shop told me
