On July 25, 2018, I entered into a contract with Roofcrafters Roofing to install *** ********** ** ******** ********, color Shakewood on the main house on my property located at **** ****** ****** ** ********* *******. In August 2023 I hired a contractor to repair the fascia boards around my house and was told that the reason my fascia boards are rotting was because the roof was installed incorrectly, the roof does not have an overhang to protect the fascia boards. I called Roofcrafters and asked for someone to come out and inspect the roof. A gentlemen named ***** ******* came out and agreed that the roof should have an overhang and asked the contractor to make a list of materials he use to make the repairs and labor cost. A couple of weeks went by, so I called *** ******* and he did a complete flip and said that nothing was wrong with the roof and it's ok for the roof to be installed that way. All I want is for Roofcrafters to repair the roof with an overhang, because if the roof is not repaired my newly installed fascia boards will be damaged.
