Recent Move did not go well. First, My appointment was at 12 noon, They showed up at my home 3 hours earlier when I was not at home. I had to rush home from some important things I was doing to let them in. When they arrived at my home, they did not have any tools to break down the beds or any furniture. Then had to leave and take the truck to go back and get the tools which took appx 30 minutes. Once we finally arrived at the new home, I realized that my Tv stand was broken on each side and when I unpacked my Monitor for the computer it was cracked and busted. One of the guys actually used my restroom and did not flush the toilet. I had to let him know that there was pee in the toilet and to clean it up and flush after himself. I have been calling the company since the move to obtain a claim form as I was promised I would receive a call 3 days ago with a follow up. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone or received a call back about replacing the items. From start to finish they were unprofessional, and many times would argue with each other because some of the guys were not working as hard as the others.
