            I was a member of Massage Green Mandarin (Jacksonville FL) I had a credit of 239.80 to use at their facility or any other Massage Green. I received an email from them on August 14th that they were changing to a Hand and Stone massage and that you could use your balance until August 24th. (They were booked full) The email stated if you have a large balance to contact them or their corporate office. I contacted them directly and they said I had to contact the corp office. I called and there is no way to leave a VM as all boxes are full. I have emailed them 3 times since August 14th with no reply. I just want my 239.80 refunded to me. Here is that portion of the email. I have a large balance on my membership based at the Mandarin location that will soon be a Hand and Stone, what do I do?
