            Advantage Home Builders Inc, breached TWO year long contracts to build my house out at Liberty Square. He keeps promising he will finish, last time July 22 2022 then October 2022, now December 2022 and not done. I signed first contract July 2019 and gave a total of $7,500 deposit for the build. Contractor offered if I paid for the lot, he would give me builder incentives in the amount of $8164. I purchased the lot. I had to get a lawyer to negociate another contract and that was signed January 2021 with another private lender, *** ****** funding the build and that second contract breached January 2022. So now I am working with lawyers and have spent over $7,000 in lawyer fees trying to get done what was suppose to be done. **** ********* does not communicate. He lies to his lawyers or omits what the truth is so he is one sided. He tried to get me to purchase a different house that had flaws and I said no, so he sold it to his RE Agent. My build has the roof on, the sides up, the walls up, electrical some of it done, the a/c vents run but need the havc unit. He does one or two things per every 3-4 months so it looks like he has not abandoned the job. He wants to take your money and then hopes you drop out so he can finish the build himself and make the profit. The other reviews say the same thing. BUYER BEWARE. Can't believe his Qualifer still has his license to run this company. Do not recommend this "non-builder". Thankyou.

            No stars at all, however, system defaults that you have to have a star. Advantage Home Builders, **** Pres *************************** does not keep his contractual obligations. I too have been scammed by him. Two breached constuction contracts, first one July 2019 signed contract then breached July 2020. Second contract with lawyer help breached January 2022. Builder keeps promising he will finish build, latest was July 2022, then October 2022. Now I have lawyers working on getting him to finish the build. Roof on, sides up, drywall up, a/c duct work in, some electric, and drywall. Still needs alot of work inside and outside. Builder keeps procrastinating and only does 1-2 things every 3-4-5 months so it won't look like he has abandoned the job. I see other reviews too that he does this repeatedly, takes a deposit, mine $7,500 and then waits for you to get fed up and either cancel the contract, or give up and he can finish and make the profit. BUYER BEWARE. I would never refer him as a reputable person or builder.
