            Based on BBB files, R Champ Fencing, LLC has a pattern of consumer complaints alleging that fences are not properly installed and work is not completed as contracted. The business reports that damages are due to severe weather that entered our service area. Many customers state their concerns were expressed before and after such events to which they also describe having difficulty reaching the office for resolution to their complaints. 

            On November 30, 2017 BBB sent correspondence to R Champ Fencing, LLC requesting their voluntary cooperation in resolving complaints on file with BBB and providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints. As of December 14, 2017 R Champ Fencing, LLC has not responded to BBB's correspondence.

            I purchased and had a fence installed by R Champ fence which included a one year warranty. Three months later during a hurricane with very little wind speed in my area cause the gate to fall down. R Champs sent someone to fix it. The fix was only temporary because the gate on the fence has fallen down twice more. During the time frame since then we had someone else to come and closely look at the fence. This third party person pointed out things that we did not immediately notice such as no fence post or not enough fence post installed, part of the fence being nailed to a tree that we will be removing soon, a gate in the back leading to a reservation being installed backwards. These are some of the things pointed out that let me know how poorly the fence installation was. I have tried to reach via email and phone call and all forms of communication have gone unanswered by R Champ. This is there way of letting me know that they do not plan to do anything in regards to standing by their warranty

            They installed **************************************************** March of this year. There are a number of the boards that are splitting, several that are warped, and several have cracks you can see through. I have called them at least seven different times and talked to someone named ******* and seven different times I was promised they would be out at a certain time and each time they never showed. I guess one of the qualifications to work here is to learn how to lie to your customers. Please, if you are looking for privacy fence, get anyone else, but dont use this company unless you want a sorry job and love to be lied to.
