I moved into an apartment at this location. Before I moved in, the apartment that I would be renting had a plumbing issue in the kitchen that was supposed to be fixed before I moved in. Although I was told I would be able to move in on one particular date (8/16/2022), I was not able to actually move in until a few days later (8/19/2022). Upon moving in, I discovered that the unit still had the same plumbing issue in the kitchen, which the apartment complex had to know that this problem still existed because the solution to the ultimate problem had not been addressed. I let someone who stated that they were the property manager or assistant property manager know of the situation and they told me they would get it fixed. On 8/25/2022 the water level in the kitchen sink rose to a level that it had not before causing water to flow onto my kitchen floor, filling cabinets next to the sink where i immediately closed to water line and called the maintenance line to request for emergency maintenance to come to my apartment for assistance. No one came to assist me and the next day I woke up to my sink falling into the cabinet underneath it, breaking the hose to my water line, causing water to flow into my kitchen. Again, I immediately called for emergency maintenance where they ultimately did not help me and I had to improvise by placing a gardening tube into the water line to catch the water and divert it outside of the apartment. I currently do not have running water in my kitchen which is causing a huge inconvenience as I try to prepare meals for myself and keep the area sanitary. The team in the office has been rude and disrespectful and I spoke with someone who stated that she was the regional manager who seemed to be ingenuine in her dialogue with me. Outside of this major issue that I am having, I also have several minor problems that I have yet to disclose. I really need some help with getting these plumbing and communication issues that I am having resolved.
