On April 15, 2022 my vehicle was accepted by Furrin Auto repair shop for abs fault displayed in vehicle and a grabbing felt when backing out of garbage (1X after initial start of car for the day), and a release sound likened a released emergency brake. ****** ******, service advisor, sent a message with a work order #35511 attached; and a pre-scan problem list with charges (see attached pg 1, 1a, and 2). ****** had told me during initial conversation that the repairs would be over $5,000.00. I told her I couldn't afford that, she stated the high estimate was due to cost of a new ABS Brake pump assembly system; she said I'd need the entire pump assembly, she said she'd try to find a used pump. About April 27, 2022 I contacted ******* no part nor anything done. I told her I'd look for part, I requested the part number. On about May 18, 2022 I spoke with someone from: All American Auto parts [hereafter AAAP] Salesperson: *****, 6574 N State Rd. #7, 22601 Vistawood Way; Boca Raton, Fl. 33428 Ph (561)463-8440. ***** who stated he had the ABS pump assembly with special speed control needed for my car. I asked him to ship the part directly to Furrin Auto to speak with ****** to verify the part number before shipping. ***** contacted Furrin Auto requesting VIN# and the Part# to be taken from the part already on the car. On May 19th, ***** contacted me by phone and stated that he spoke with "***" the mechanic working on the car, that ***e day I ok'd payment for the part: AAAP receipt for $ 410.00 dated May 19, 2022 (See page 5 attached). Weeks after part shipped I called ****** to ask for a status, but she kept giving me one excuse after another why my car wasn't repaired although they had the part. When I and my husband drove by Furrin a few weeks ago the car was still sitting outside the shop. On about June 22nd (after Furrin had AAAP's) part over 30 day limit. I called ****** who said she'd attempted to call me about 2 days ago due to AAAP's part doesn't fit (cont'd)
