On 01/03/13, BBB's further investigation has resulted with the following findings: Despite the website listing a contact number with a 904 area code, www.diselgang.com is not located in Jacksonville, FL. The website, which has only been active for 3 months, is registered to an individual in Chelyabinskaya, Russia. The IP address search has returned the same information. BBB's attempt to make a purchase from www.diselgang.com resulted in receiving an error message when attempting to add something to the cart. It appears that the website may only be a front that is being used to charge consumers credit cards and not an actual online business. In addition, the BBB contacted the phone number listed on the website, (904) 638-1107, and after a brief conversation, we were met with a dial tone when asked where the company was located. The BBB has received multiple complaints against a company purported to be selling auto accessories online. The business website, www.diselgang.com, lists pages of inexpensive auto accessories all with the promise of free shipping. Complaints concern charges being placed on consumer's charge cards though they never ordered anything from the company, and not being able to obtain credits back to their charge cards.  Amounts range from $6 -$11, which may be overlooked very easily when going over your monthly expenses.
