      We had an absolutely awful experience. Ive been dealing with this for a year. We were sold a car where they admitted they failed to do the safety check. The car had issues immediately after getting it. We called they said they were going to make it right which the did pay for repairs. shortly after repairs were made I had the same issues took it back and was told well need a whole new engine and we were told all the issues were linked to the original issue they paid for. I talked to Will multiple times. He would conveniently forget who I was and what was going on so I would need to explain the situation again. That happened multiple times. Then the times he remembered me he would tell me he would talk to the service department and see what we could do or we would see other options and hed call in a few days. I would give him a few days then call back and this went back and forth until around December. In December he basically told me you bought a used car get over it which I explained I wouldnt have bought THIS car had you did the safety check and caught these issues. Keep in mind I was told these would have been caught on the inspection had it been done. Now I get no answers when I call and the few times I went in there hes never there supposedly. *** tried to play nice but this has been an entire year of this with absolutely no resolution and now my calls and attempts to talk in person are being ignored.

      I had an amazing experience with my salesperson *******. ******* was very attentive and listened to what I was asking for. He did not try to persuade me to buy another vehicle. I had specific requirements and he took his time to find me a vehicle. He truly went above and beyond for me.       I purchased a used vehicle. upon first seeing the vehicle there were multiple issues & the engine light popped on and off as well as all 4 tires were all different sizes. Afterpurchasing the car I had it for 24 hours brought the car back& was told they had to send out car off to Audi SC due to special ************** didnt get the car back until 2 months later. Getting the car back some same issues still, w/fuse issue engine light popping on/off still &a p00014 code. The car was shifting on/off& was told to come back the next day& they will have it done. pickedup the car &heard strange noise w/engine& was told oh thats just how a turbo 4 cylinder sounds youregood. ***** rides inthe car the code is still on in& the car randomly shuts off while at a light or while in traffic while having a new born in the car. I kept having back& forth w/the service team until igot an oil change& was told ipossibly have an issue but they cant fix it at their location to view motor to see what it is. ihave premium warranty until I reach the mileage or mid Sept no matter the issue I know its covered in my warranty I am active army so it is limited when I can goto handle these things. I got a phone call from hinesville VN& was told that ineed to pickup the car from them& take it to Audi SC& they will call them to let them know I am on the way for services. Fast forward the issues were fixed &Vaden Nissan didnt start the claim on their end but relayed us to ** leaving ** with a partially covered bill when our warranty will cover all issues found completely if the claim is made on both sides They made it seem like I took it upon myself to take it there over 3 hours away when i cannot take that drive due to work. I made sure these moves were made clearly being I had to beg my leadership to take my car that far! Vaden Nissan hinesville confirmed before going to SC. Now I am asked to pay the difference of almost **** in SC being that hinesville never started the claim.

      Visited this location July 10th with my 74 year old mother who was in need of a car. There was no waiting for a salesman to approach us but the amount of time it took to complete the purchase was absolutely ridiculous we arrived around 12:15 my sister and I test drove the car everything seemed to be okay. We did not leave until after 7 pm. No one ever offered us water or anything while we waited. We were also informed that there was a warranty still available for the car. About a week ago my mother was on her way to the store and cranked up her car there was a very loud weird noise. We called the store where we purchased the vehicle and was given the run around being transferred here there everywhere. They asked that we take the vehicle to a local store in South Carolina where we reside. Then was told the warranty doesnt cover the diagnostic. So now my mother has to come out of pocket almost $80. After the diagnostic was performed there was a big piece of wood lodged up underneath the vehicle. My mother barely drives the car and goes no further than maybe 20 miles to a local Family Dollar store. However shes being asked what did she run over. And she has not ran over anything. I think we were taking advantage of because we were females and I do not see how this treatment we are getting is fair. Especially still going through a pandemic.
