              I went to purchase a car from the dealership. They showed me a car in the garage. I was confused they took me to the garage especially because I couldnt see the inside of the car but I agreed to purchase. They said they would have to detail it and I need to come **** the next day. They charged me over $700 for detailing fee without mentioning it to me. I noticed the charge on the paperwork after I reviewed the contract. I came back the next day and they hadnt cleaned the car. I complained to the manager and they said I needed to come back a few days later to get it detailed. I came back and waited 4 hours and they gave me the car back still dirty. I want my car detailed. They would not have sold that car putting it on the lot dirty. And I was charged for a detail that wasnt done.

              I had a appointment schedules at 13:30 today to get my P/S door side skirt fixed I also wanted to use my warranty to get it fixed but they told me my warranty doesnt cover that so they just for part was $464.57 and the paint labor is $130.00 and paint supplies is ****** and other parts is $25.00 they also told I couldnt speak to the auto body mechanic after waiting at the dealership for 2 hours and they changed me to look at the vehicle and did nothing to fix it and they said the Toyota auto body shop is busy so the manager couldnt speak to me about issue so they wasted my time and left with the same issue I told all my military friends to stay away from this dealership and go somewhere else they over charge for parts looked online and found the same part $150 cheaper then what they quoted me
