Complaint: Firestone has damaged my automobile while in there possession for a routine tire rotation and front end alignment. Have filed a dispute with there main office. still leaving me with a truck that does not run. drove the truck in there with no problems running fine and now i'm still left with a vehicle that does not run. also they incurred a $250 handicap parking citation while in there possession. There store management is always changing was also lied to on the parking ticket talked with the office about it. Store manager is very dishonest be where Sincerely, **** ******

Desired Settlement: I would like for my vehicle to be fixed to how it was when I bought it in there for a routine tire rotation and front on alignment.

Business Response: In response to complaint #******* filed by Mr. **** ******.   This
vehicle was dropped off at Firestone store on 2211 Apalachee Parkway
on 12/19/13 for tire balancing and alignment.  When our technician
attempted to pull the vehicle in the service department to complete
the service the vehicle would not start.  The vehicle would turn over
so the starter/battery system was working but the engine would not
start.  The only work that was completed by the store was an attempt
to start the vehicle in the parking lot with no success.  Mr. ******
was contacted and informed of the problem and he told us that happens
sometimes and that we should let it sit for a little while and try
again later.  We did attempt to start at a later time but again we
were not successful.   When we contacted Mr. ****** again he was not
satisfied with this information and felt it must have been something
we did.

We agreed to have vehicle towed to ***********  ******** **** *****
and we would pay for the tow and to have them diagnose the problem at
our expense and if the dealer found us to be at fault we would accept
responsibility.  *********** ***** found the PCM (Powertrain Control
Module)  had an intermittent response causing this problem and
informed us it was internal and not related to any work we would have
