            They do a poor quality job. Pool already after 3 months material coming off pool. Very bad pool service on remarcite

            I advised ****************** that I could fix the issue, some thin bubbling in the deep end, by Hydro Sanding (recommended by manufacturer) , but she advised she was Paying for a 2nd Opinion and calling an attorney and would get back to me. Two weeks have gone by and I've yet to hear from her. This has happened a few times in the past and according to the Manufacturer, it was due to the finish not being Brushed properly and allowing the residue to build ** in the deep end, not a bad refinish job; which Those that I Hydro Sanded were thrilled with the results. All I'm Waiting on is for her to call me and I will fix the issue. I've never had a complaint since starting in ****, nor a customer so set on not letting me fix an issue. I'll be Retiring in a few months.
