Complaint: College is holding a pell grant even though I am not enrolled. This is preventing me fromgoing to another college. ******** ******, the ********* **** ******* has lied to me several times, telling me it is released and it isnt. This has been going on since latter part of July. I was supposed to stat School on Sept. 4 2013 and could not. As of today they are still holding this grant and I need them to release it.

Desired Settlement: Release my Pell Grant so I can go to another college. It is being held up personally by ******** ****** because I threatened them with filing a BBB Complaint.
