Every business, both large and small, should take a page from ****************** **********************s book on how to provide outstanding customer service! He and his amazing crew (a big shout out to ******!) installed a roof on my home 4 1/2 years ago and did a fantastic job! Fast forward to today and Mr. ********************** continues to stand by his work! I had an issue, not once, but twice that I thought may have been related to the roof. As it turns out both times, the issues were ultimately not roof related, but Mr. ********************** still came by to diagnose the problems to make sure that the roof was not causing the problems I was experiencing. He went out of his way to assist me with the steps to mitigate and resolve the issues and didnt leave me hanging to figure how I was going to fix these problems on my own. He is a man of great integrity who stands by his work and for that, I am most grateful! I highly recommend his company, without reservation, to anyone who may be considering him to install a roof!

Friendly. courteous, meticulous in their work, affordable, a great choice to do business with :I spent three days on the internet to find a roofer. I studied reviews on Yelp. ****** and the Better Business Bureau. I then interviewed the and received bids from my top four candidates. Nick ********************** came into our home and was friendly in a business manner. He talked to us about cost. what the job requirements were, the materials needed, and the timeline to complete the job. At no time did he talk down to me even though I knew nothing about how to do the job. He was a complete professional, and I never felt pressure to make a quick decision. After three days, I decided to go with Armor Roofing. **** came to the house, and we concluded all the paperwork. He told us his timeline to complete the job. He gave us a three day timeline to complete the job and a start time at the end of February. We shook hands. **** then called to say he could start earlier and what we needed to do to prepare for the job. The crew arrived and the work commenced. Instead of three day it took two days for my new roof to be finished. I give Nick ********************** and Armor Roofing my highest rating for my roof. They did everything they said and more. *********************

Kelly and his crew arrived as promised, were friendly and did an excellent job of recording our home. Clean up was done before they left and they swept the areas around the house with a magnetic broom to pick up any stray roofing nails.SJL
