Complaint: On July 8, 2013 I hand carried my 5 day inspection sheet to Heth Realty noting the home at **** ******** ****** *** ************* ** ***** noting the home was filthy with construction debis everywhere. In that letter I provided the following note "My father was a real estate broker and property manager for over 50 years and would be ashamed to lease a property in the filthy condition the home was in. In accordance with the lease areement Carpet/Hardwood/Tile Addendum, we should be exempt from any cleaning charges when we move from this property" On March 1, 2014 I informed ***** ********* Heth Realty, Inc. *** ******** *** ************* ** ***** of our intent not to renew the lease due to mold in the home. We had a meeting about the mold with the owner and **** ******* about leaving the lease 1 month early. The owner agreed to the release due to the mold in the home. I told the owner the home would be clean and the owner ask Mr. ******* the home was to be cleaned prior to our arrival. Mr. ******* stated "I'll have to check our records". I stated if someone billed you for cleaning they just drove by ans sent you a bill! We returned the keys on May 28, 2014 after cleaning the whole house including cleaning the mold from the walls even though the owner stated he would take care of the mold. The home was cleaned from top to bottom before we left however, the owner had painters already starting to paint the home and they were setup in the garage and had a key before we departed. On June 22, 2014 I objected to the $150.00 estimated cleaning charges vial e-mail,especially considering our 5 day move in report to the Broker, Wanda ********* As of today we have not received any correspondance from Ms. *********

Desired Settlement: Refund the $150.00 estimated cleaning charges.
