      0 Stars. Horrible company. I'm glad I don't actually work with, rent from, or have anything to do with this company. They have thousands of horrible reviews and my experience with them is enough to tell everyone to ****stay away from the Bosshardt name****. Do not rent, do not let them manage your property...stay far, far away (you're welcome).

      For the past 6 months, I have been repeatedly trying to get someone to respond to questions about a non paying tenant. No call backs, no returned emails. I now have 2 properties that owe months of rent and I cannot get anyone from Bosshardt to return my calls or emails.Hasn't stopped them from charging me management fees for the non paying properties.Poorly run, horrible customer service.Just return my calls or emails and take care of business.I don't think that is too much to ask.

      Uncommunicative staff and rental agreements are written to maximize fees from tenants. Now being forced to move in retaliation for a bad review on ****** after a week of failed (and then extremely unprofessional) communication about a surprise fee. Renters beware.

      They are the worst. Took over condo management for ************** Condo in *********** .Did not notify me that I had a balance due by email and and sent a certified letter to the wrong address. then without contacing me they sent my case to thief lawyer who does not respond to my calls to foreclose on my condo, We had action realty for years and I had no problem being contacted if I was late .

      This company is a scam. They have charged the residents of Hidden Lakes subdivision thousands of dollars without allowing any input from owners. They ignore residents and are subservient to the developer who at this time has no ownership or interest in the development. They dont return phone calls or perform many much needed maintenance items. We have $87 thousand in our account and they raised the fees. Our entrance is overgrown and in disrepair after years of requests to take care of problems. They charge the *** for repairs that have never been done. As home owners we have no recourse but to obtain an attorney and *********************** and the developer.

      ****************,Bosshardt Property Management serves as the managing entity under the direction of the Developer. We are only authorized to spend money, make repairs, etc. upon approval by the developer. We are looking into the possibility of a turnover to homeowner control and expect an answer within 90 days.

      2021- My daughter has been renting an apartment at Third Avenue apartments as a ** student. One day she and her roommate detected a gas smell at their apartment. While Bosshardt Property management contract with ********** ******** utilities, the only thing that was done was shut off their gas and after that, the Property Mgmt failed to take any more actions and my daughter was without gas/cooking for 3 weeks despite calls and inquiries with the property management. *********************************, the property manager never took care of the problem until we contacted her as parents at which point she said she will only deal with the lease holders, even after my daughter and her roommate reached out to them many times in the time frame of 3 weeks. After exchanging few emails with ********************************* and threating with legal actions and reporting them to housing authority she was rude and told us to do what we have to do. Horrible property management, let my daughter be without gas for 3 weeks and nobody attempted to fix it until we threatened with legal proceedings. Dont move to Third Avenue apartments, dont waste your money and energy. Very rude and unprofessional Property management. ZERO STARS. (have to put one in order to be able to leave a review)

      ***** has been advised that we cannot communicate with her. Her daughter is an adult who signed a legal binding contract and if she desired to contact our office with any questions or complaints she would be assisted accordingly. In this case, there are no questions as we have been in communication with her along the way. In fact within 30 minutes of entering and submitting work orders to us each time, a vendor was dispatched. This is obviously a situation of the child not telling their parent all the details and for privacy reasons we cannot either. Also, please note, gas only operates the stove in this unit. The tenant has maintained full service to all other major appliances and full use of their apartment otherwise.
