            Purchased mobile home in October 2023. Set up was not completed until December 23, 2023. There are many things that need installed and fixed. They have thrown us off on the warranty company and they have excuses for everything. The back sliding glass door needs to be replaced. They have sent 3 different carpenters to work on the *********** all have recommended a new door be installed. The factory warranty company says its been ordered but its been weeks. The refrigerator is brand new & the ice maker has not been installed. The floor came with a s**** in it & when they removed it, there was a hole in the floor. This is a brand new *************************** Frier has not been helpful in any way to get these issues resolved! They just give us a number and tell us to call the warranty company. Also, I made a referral to them and was told by ****** the salesman I would receive a check for $ ******. I would not refer anyone else, this has been the worst experience!

            Wayne ******************** every!!!!!!. ************ home is perfect we do love the home. It was all the people involve in the delivery and set up. As of this month starts our 2 yr. As of today still cant use front door, no ac/ heat in master bed room .As of 2 weeks ago we are now having to spend money to get our NEW SEPTIC fixed. if only I could attach photos to this post. I just don't understand how they can live with their work performance and quality .
