              Clay Electric claims to have a 20” wide “blanket easement” over my entire 6.5 acre property. The easement document they produced as proof, refers to an incorrect parcel description and this document was never notarized or properly recorded. My attorney and the attorneys surveyor both agree that the parcel description on the easement document is gibberish. The power poles and lines should have been installed within the existing, abutting easement/ Right of way, however they were installed on my property line. Without providing me with any notification or explanation, they sprayed my horse pasture with herbicides and upon multiple occasions have climbed over my pasture fences, with (chain saws) to cut down trees, Obviously, They believe they have the right to put their utilities anywhere they want, they don’t use surveys or appropriate mapping, and can’t even accurately describe the parcels where their equipment is located. This is absurd and abusive and it should be against the law. Shame on them!
