      Horrible customer service that regressed over several years. We were long time customers, against our better judgement. The final straw came when our account was hacked through one of their own internal numbers of all things and when we reported it, they were uninterested in doing anything about it. They suggested that we could go through a reporting process by mail, which would take weeks. They would not close the accounts by phone, saying also that we needed to mail in signed documents that they would mail to us. We drove right in and cancelled all accounts with the teller in about 5 minutes. While we were standing at the counter, another person walked up to the next teller and reported a similar hack. They did nothing to investigate either of these probably because it was right before closing time. It is an upgrade to leave one star for these people.

      Campus USA Credit Union has an entire team dedicated to fraud prevention and fraud recovery, and this team investigates every reported case of member fraud. In one of the more common scenarios, a member's online banking credentials are compromised via malware or a phishing attack on their computer. Once the fraudster has the member's online banking username and password, the fraudster will then contact the member to obtain the ************* code sent to the member's phone or email. The fraudster can impersonate the credit union's legitimate phone number on the caller id to make it seem as if the credit union is contacting the member, but Campus will never contact a member to request a member's ************* code. The credit union's fraud prevention manager would be happy to discuss further with ****************** if he would like.

Despite our numerous questions, she remained composed and knowledgeable, providing thorough and understandable explanations for every query. She recognized that opening an account can be overwhelming, especially for my son, and took extra steps to simplify the process and address any anxieties he had.       the woman that helps customers open accounts in the ***** branch on highway ************************************************************* a public facing position. she is rude and short with customers.

      Nothing but problems after accident totaled vehicle. Last year! I purchased refundable GAP insurance through CampusUSA any are so far refusing to honor that contract. They show a balance due including on all credit reports even though they actually owe me a refund. My insurance company received the title last November. Messages left online are now being ignored. Filed disputes with credit bureaus.
