There is a reason why this company isnt accredited by the BBB. I chose JDB because of a family referral and I was new to the car process. I did not acquire services due to my credit. The way this lender speaks to you is astonishing or should I say atrocious the same word the the customer service rep used when I called to make my payment that was 11 days late. Doesnt matter if youre 1 or 11 days late, they treat you as if youre less than. My payment was 11 DAYS LATE and they started the repossession process. This is unheard of with any other lender. Time is of the essence though when you finance an auction car with a bandaid on it. My next payment isnt due for a few more days and they wanted me to go ahead and pay that one too since this past one is 11 days behind, but its not due yet, and I assured that payment would be on time. I have so much regret doing business with this company and I cannot wait until my car is paid off and I dont have to deal with their horrible customer service reps or threats. Everyone is having a rough year, inflation is affecting almost everyone, and this lender could care less. I put $3000 out-of-pocket in maintenance due to the quality of the car at one time. Theres too many instances to count where that one decision to finance with CNAC negatively impacted my life. I really hope all of their calls are recorded so when someone finally decides to review them they can witness how customers are being treated.

CNAC is a joke. One day late on a payment and they start calling every single person you are associated with like you have been late for several months. Sometimes life happens and you may forget to make a payment on the exact day of the contract, no I am not perfect but my entire family does not need to know that I was a day or even 2 days late on a car payment. Always threaten you to take your vehicle also if payment isn't made immediately. I can not wait until it is paid off and I will never finance with this joke of a company ever again. I gave them 1 star because it makes me give a star... otherwise a big fat zero rating.
