Dealing with this company has been a nightmare.They have awful communication and have shown little effort to satisfy the customer.They scheduled to come out 12/13/21 to template the counters and blew us off.They rescheduled for 12/17/21 and started our delay there.On 1/3/22 they brought out 2 out of 3 counter top pieces.They let us know theyd bring out the missing piece asap and would come out to look at a few other imperfections.The owner and templater came on 1/11/22, but met with my mother-in-law as my wife and I had to be at work that day.They once again measured the missing piece and looked at a few other issues.I messaged and asked for the owner ***** to call me on 1/12/22 so I could discuss the resolutions to the problems and was told he'd call me back.I followed up 1/13/22 to say I still hadn't been contacted.On 1/14/22 I got a follow up from the front office lady saying ***** would call me later that day.Later that same day I was told ***** wasn't coming in and would contact me on 1/17/22.I followed up on 1/19/22 saying I still had not heard from ***** and was told he got covid and they couldn't come to resolution without him and he'd contact me 1/24/22.I called the 3 times on 1/24/22 and each time they said ***** wasn't in and they couldn't help me without him and on the 3rd time which was late in the afternoon they got frustrated with me and hung up.On 1/26/22 I messaged the original salesman and included pictures of the imperfections and missing piece and said I was desperate for resolution as it had almost been a month since our install date and couldn't get anyone to call me back.He came out on 1/31/22 and remeasured the missing piece and said it would be ready by mid to late of the following week.I followed up 2/9/22 to see when it was coming and they said it had been delayed again to the following week.On 2/15/22they finally brought the missing piece.It was a different color and thickness than the originals and they came and said it wasn't different
