              I have unauthorized charges coming out of my bank account and would like them to stop and would like to be issued a refund.

              Unfortunately, we have no record on file of a customer with this email on file. The only person by name on our files had an account with no apparent issues which was cancelled in 2008. Would gladly assist this customer if they will contact us at ************ during business hours of 9am-6pm EST Mon-Fri.
