Complaint: My issue started when i sent a customer of mine to have her vehicle (2004 Volvo XC 90) diagnosed by O'steen Volvo due to hesitation when accelerating, when O'steen Volvo checked the vehicle, there service personal (John) called me and said the vacuum lines are filled of carbon built up, and it will cost $900.00 to repair , i asked him if this will solve the problem he assured me it would.O'steen Volvo are an authorized dealer and there technicians are supposedly will trained. i trusted that they will diagnosed the problem accurately and fix it, they called the next day and they said that the vehicle is ready!!i gave my customer a check for $900.00 to go pick her car, she called me crying a little while later and said that the car is doing the same thing and Volvo refused to give her the check back or repair the vehicle like they assured us they would.when i contacted them they told its a different issue all together , and they would need more money to fix it, its obviously was misdiagnosed to begin with because the vehicle is in the same exact condition as when we dropped it off and still having the same problem, even though we paid them $900.00 to fix

I spoke with *** ** ****** **** ***** on Tuesday. In the interest of customer satisfaction I have agreed to perform the additioal repairs at no charge to him. However, I cannot do so until his original check clears our bank.  He has agreed to that.
