Complaint: Salesman ****** ******* sold me a vehicle . The vehicle was missing the Tire Mobility kit. ****** promised me he would get me one soon. I have made many calls to ****** and he has yet to honor his promise. I am currently driving without any means to fix a tire in case of an emergency.

Desired Settlement: I would like the tire mobility kit that was promised.

Per our conversation yesterday. On or about the 5th of March, I received your letter concerning the compliant from ****** ****. I reached out to ****** and left a message for her. She returned my call the same day. I spoke with her about her concerns and expressed our apologizes that our promise had not been met. *** **** strives for excellence and red carpet treatment of our customers. I personally ensured her that I would handle the missing kit. The kit was ordered and when it arrived I had it delivered to her at her place of employment by messenger. She indicated that she was pleased and that her experience was a positive one. Unfortunate as it is that her associate that handled her transaction is no longer with us and her item got overlooked however, I look at this as a good learning experience and am always looking to improve on our customer service and customer experience. Thank you for your help in bringing this to my attention and for the help in resolving this matter with a positive customer experience instead of a negative one. Please feel free to contact me at any time.
