Complaint: I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer on 24JUL13. It is now 4OCT13 and paid cash, over 2 months later and still have not received a title from the dealership.I have called many times, and left messages with multiple people none of which have called me back in regards to the situation. I have had promises of a call back from someone and the only way I have gotten any information is if I call repeatedly until someone picks up that I need to speak to.I now would like to sell the vehicle myself, and have a buyer ready to purchase. But I cannot sell this vehicle without a title and could potentially miss out on selling it because of the issue with this dealer.
Desired Settlement: I would like the title for the vehicle so that I can sell it. If this cannot be done in a timely manner(within 3 business days), the dealer can purchase the vehicle back from me at KellyBlueBook private party Excellent Condition value($10,164), since that is the price being offered for the vehicle now if I had the title ready to transfer.
