            I’m 2014 I went to ** ******* to file bankruptcy he took over $4000 from me then told me it was not enough time to wait 5 years and he will file them at no additional cost. Due to his error … He told me No expiration date then due to covid I had to wait to contact him. He finally sent me out the package. Due to the murder of 1 of my immediate family members it took additional time for me to return the paperwork . I called they hung up on me or he never returned any calls. I went to the office an he sent a lady to see me then I was told I needed to pay and additional $4000 to file as I told her that is ridiculous because I never receive services for my previous money. Asked for him to call me & have yet to hear anything. If you see my file I paid him to go to court & he never went but told me I needed to pay him each time. I trust my lawyer an was going thru some traumatic situations at that time so I followed my counsels advice now realizing the year is about over I have not heard a response at all. His assistance ***** was in there to confirm the entire conversation.
