JOB WELL DONE: A Action *********** team consisting of **************** gained 5 more stars today! Our arrival window was from ****pm. Received a phone call at 9:45 sharing 20 minutes out & in route. Arriving at 10:15 with a great attitude & ready to work the job was in full swing at 10:15. *************** checked main unit & cleared its performance. The job was to install 2 Honeywell NON-Programmable thermostats. Many including the ** companies may think this would be a major step back in time but our new digital (POS) would not stop running & would use the sun, heat from our hands to never let the ** unit to reach the pre-set cool setting. The 2 Honeywell units were installed and we do not need a box fan, window tinting, pictures in the windows to help the old (newer) digital thermostats to do their jobs!!! SEE YA....Very happy Client!!! AND it was at a very GRAND install price!! 100% recommending A ACTION AIR! Please Award **************** team member of the Month! Award him a $50 steak dinner for his professionalism... So glad you are our ** support *************** for service TAG

Did an awesome job, until the Tech stole the money we handed him. The Tech no longer works at AAction Air, now They say thay we never paid.

This is what sets us apart and qualifies AAction Air to be a ****** Factory Authorized Dealer. Our NATE certified technicians work hard in their technical training to be accurate with every customer. Concerning payment on your account with AAction Air, we could not prove if payment was given or not, therefore, we closed the invoice for the job. We are not currently pursuing any payment from you, and I also show that no one from AAction Air has been in contact with you since February 25, 2021. AActionAir's policy is to refuse future service for accounts that have a non-payment attached to the account. Any other company you use would do this, for future reference. I would recommend using a check or credit card for payment.
