            Purchased my home in 2020 and this business was used to do the initial termite inspection and service . So in 2021 we called and requested them to come out. The tech told us that he did not find anything, and would not have to spray. He told us nothing was due, because nothing was found. Ok cool. Fast forward, we had a tech come out a week or so ago and she did an inspection and told us what she did find, but no treatment was needed. We asked if we owed for this, she said yes. Payment was made on the spot. She also informed us that the account was still under the company we purchased the house from, and that now that she has updated info she will have updated in their system. Now wait for it. I get a text today for a bill for their services last year. Wait what.. If I owed you , why would you have serviced me just a week ago? So basically you billed the previous owner and now you want to bill me, when i would have paid the day of the service if I had owed. Poor business practice. DISHONEST

            We appreciate all our customer but unfortnatley for Susan ******* is unhappy. We sent mutiply invoices to her home and also emailed to her with proof that she recieved it and was opened. Mosquito EIite has never or ever will be dishonest and continue to strive to be the best. We wish her and her family the best.
