According to the web site for AHRB, the company offers to assist consumers with a DIY self help loan modification program that will allegedly help the consumer, among other things, to reduce interest rates, change interest rate to a fixed rate from an adjustable, lengthen time to repay a loan, decrease loan principals, and waive late fees. AHRB also "offers a no obligation free consultation which will determine whether or not a consumer will be accepted into their program and be eligible for their services", and states that they have "competitive professional fees that in most cases reflect a consumers financial situation".
