            A deposit was paid to Ashton Landscaping to install a French drain and refurbish the garden of recently deceased husband. According to the salesman after the deposit was paid the work would be scheduled for April. However, when Ashton Landscaping was contacted in March to schedule the April appointment, I was given an arbitrary timeframe in May. Ashton Landscaping was contacted again on April 25, 2022, to schedule a date but instead I was again given an arbitrary May timeframe, if according to their representative nothing else came up. Please help me obtain a refund so that I can hire another landscaper to refurbish my husband's beloved garden.

            Chip ****** from ****** Landscaping is simply not a good person. We were quoted ******* for a job and gave a ***** non-refundable deposit which was fine. A week or so before work was supposed to start we called to make some changes to our original plan and were told that if we made any changes that would cancel the deal and forfeit our deposit. We found this out when my wife called them to make the changes and she was told only the "man" of the house can make changes. Mr. ******, this is 2021 and we do not talk to women like this. I then called because I am the "man" of the house and again, we got nowhere. He cancelled our deal and kept my ****** Now, attorneys are involved and he offered me a whopping ***** back. Now, please note that he has done NO WORK. This guy is looking for a quick buck so please learn from my mistake and stay away. PS, they lie about when they **** do the job too. His contract gives an entire *** days to complete! This company and its owner just want your money.

            We are unable to comment at this time due to potential pending legal action. If things were as simple and truthful as stated in the complaint against our company; attorneys would not be involved. We are hopeful this concern can be handled amicably.
